What Can You Do? You Say...

My sister read my last entry and wanted to know what she can do. What we all can do.
Well, it's simple really...
You can make a Big difference by refusing plastics bags at the grocery store anymore.
You get a small token for bringing your own anyway. So do it!
On my other blog site www.youarethechangeyouwishtosee.blogspot.com you can get info on where to get some great bags for groceries and such.

Another small thing you can do is Recycle of course. But... check in your area for how they want the recycling done. Some places will refuse anything dirty or with labels still on them. It will just end up in the landfill if not recycled properly.

Drive as little as possible! This is a big one. Anytime you can take the bus, train carpool or ride your bike. Sometimes this takes some serious changing of your comfort zone but, once you get in the habit of changing things up a bit... you'll be so glad you did. Your heart will thank you and so will your kids.

Speaking of kids, get them involved. Let them know why your recycling, shopping at thift stores and why they Do Not need a mitt made out of tissue to wipe their behinds. Take them on nature walks, talk about the environment and how WE effect it tremendously. Find out about your families carbon foot print, the impact your family makes on the environment around you. This you'll also be able to calculate on my other blog site. Make it a family challenge and adventure to lower your Carbon Footprint.
1. Turn off lights
2. Dry the clothes outside
3. Ride bikes together as often as possible
4. Turn off the faucet when brushing your teeth
5. Turn off the car- No idling in parking spots
6. Get a Recycling center at your house
7. Grow a garden
8. Make your own grocery bags
9. Get long lasting florescent bulbs for ever outlet in your house
10. Turn down heat when your not home
11. Get outside in Nature
12. Turn off the Television at least one night out of the week, preferably 5 nights

Watch The Story of Stuff by: Annie Leonard it's Wonderful and Educational. All Families ought to take the time to watch this little film.

Find global and local causes that deal with your environment and support them. Talk about them and get involved.

Get yourself informed on a Global level. There is alot going on out there and you are indirectly affected by what is going on out there. Stay informed.

Get your children's school involved in lowering their Carbon Footprint. Guaranteed those kids will love the challenge.
This may seem like alot and it is. Rome wasn't built in a day and we are going to have to be patient until real change takes place of our current lifestyles. But, doing some simple things now we can start making change in ourselves and our community which will have lasting effects.

REVOLUTION~ ANYONE....

So, I know I've been on this soap box once or twice before but, it is sooo worth repeating!

Are we going to WAKE UP some time soon?
Seriously people, our children and out neighbors children deserve a REVOLUTION.
We got our hayday 80's and 90's what do they get? The... what a F....ing mess you left us 2000's.
Fanfreakin Tastic! I'm sure their thrilled...or they will be when their old enough & wise enough to take a look around and say " Where did all the Buffalo go?" * Actually they are already wise & their READY!

We are dealing with a generation of people who are light years ahead of us consciously. This generation are here during the age of Aquarius. I'm not talking hippiedy dippiedy Aquarius either... I mean the full blown real deal! The Age of One Consciousness~

Ok, so there are things going on that are part of becoming conscious. I understand that...
What I don't understand is that in order for this shift we must embrace it, resinate with it and accept it is REAL... and that there ain't no stoppin now, Baby.
It's here to STAY!
We either embrace or resist.
In Resistance, you just get more of that...... Resistance!
Why the Hell do we want more of that?! .....WE have been Resisting our being here for this human experience..... since we got here. Remember the Natives who lived in the Americas? Remember Home on the Range? The inquisition? The Dark ages? Woman's sufferage?...Slavery? WWII?
The Iraq war? Hello!
Enough said. It's time to embrace our journey on this planet......at this time. What is, Is still going to Be. It's our choice as to how we are going to BE now.
Are we going to resist and resist OR are we going to Embrace and Accept...And Finally understand that we are in this TOGETHER!
Do you HEAR That? TOGETHER!
Our planet is getting smaller and so are our resources. WE better get together to make some choices soon...or our children...will pay the consequences.
We need to PAY ATTENTION!
It has been said by a wise man that if we are not paying Attention we will pay.... in pain.
I am paying attention & I feel it is our time to stop being so apathetic & to Start Paying Attention so we can give our children something of real worth... An understanding of our oneness, that we are in this together, the lesson of responsibility and what it feels like to Truly and Wonderfully Belong..... We all want that, a sense of belonging.
Well, we do belong....to One Another! To SOURCE!
This is a Beautiful thing! It is my sincere wish that all children get this and know this!
They are Worth it and.... WE all are worth this!
Beings...on a Human Journey....

So, WAKE up!... STAND up! ...and Do Something for Goodness SAKE!

REVOLT! CRY OUT!
WE must first put our ATTENTION on out Choice then we must FEEL it with our entire BEing ...then we Must .......ACT!

Believe me, this is the most you can give your children. A college education? Obsolete.
A True Sense of BELONGING....PRICELESS!

I Found out What it is and I'm not stopping Now.....

So, As many of you know I've been on a journey of Intra spection for quite some time. While in this adventure as of late I was asked by one of my mentors & my Beyond Freedom Program to think of the times in my life when I have been truly happy. The Great stuff the Heat and Soul Beating Good stuff. Well....

A side from the moments with my children from birth and throughout their lives......my first real Gut Loving Joy moments are when I was dancing! Not news to me....but the way it hit me like a Thunderbolt from the Gods this time...... That was the difference.

This was like a Oh my God I'm about to Hyperventilate moment. I almost fell over I couldn't breathe....... and from that moment on I have an insatiable...... need to Dance!
Doesn't matter where....not for Fame. I know without a shadow of doubt that if I am Dancing everyday for the rest of my life......

I'll be Happy!

I also know that this being my True passion means that All Joy.... All Abundance......Will and Is coming from this place Now! Yipppeee!

I thought of all the hours and hours I spent dancing in my classes at BSU..... all the time I put in practicing for performances & choreographing. Not one moment of that was a chore...... Not one second was not pure joy...... I then remembered all the uncountable hours spent dancing in the driveway, the park, on the way home from school...... morning noon & night..... Everywhere!
I am a dancer!

Oh how I do wish I could have embraced this years ago and have gone to Juliard......
Fame I'm gonna live forever!

Enough of that....I gotta get dancing now! Anyplace! Everyplace!

It feels soooo Damn great to know at least one thing in life is truly the most fulfilling, beautiful part of the ultimate authentic ME!



I'll see you in the dance studio, floor or class.....as long as I'm dancing.

The Fairy Tells a Story

Once Upon a Time.........

Quite a while ago now, born into a world that was rather cold and not a very warm place....... people call Earth..... There was a very small & determined to get started human born, too early, I might add....... to 2 very young people in a not very interesting town called Murray, UT. This small human had some interesting paradigms right at the get go.

Just to make for certain that she was able to get all her many intentions addresses in this life. Let's see..... premature, unwanted, do to other paradigms, a 2 yr. old sister who wasn't ready to give up the baby seat yet, young parents riddled with their own paradigms and life intentions. Plus..... the fact that this place Was Not yet ready for this wee beings energy!

You see........ this being was rip raring to go from the start and well, the world was going to teach this particular fire ball that patience is truly.... a virtue.

There were many things to be learned before the fire and wings could be unleashed on this planet.

One of the first things to be learned was how to fend off unwanted blows by a still baby herself, sister. Once that was accomplished these Irish twins got along swimmingly.

Soon after that there was the lesson of how to be unique when in a large family. That was accomplished easily, by this rather blunt, imaginative Sagittarius.

So, the story goes for quite sometime....... There where camping trips on horseback, waterskiing on the Payette lake, sunburns, freckles, huckleberry picking.

There are countless lessons on the pure joy and Ecstasy of being a child in the world able to be Free!
This small person absolutely loved school and all the possibilities there. She learned the joy of grandparents and how truly unconditional they are.

Not like parents who want you to do things at a certain time and in a certain way..... blah! Not for this fairy at all!
Oh but, the greatness of freedom and living always in places with wide open spaces and things to explore, like......... dusty hay barns, grain silos full to swim in, animals of all assortments from playful puppies to grumpy ponies or milking neighbors goats.

Some of the fondest experiences and lessons involved the upkeep and storing of food grown on the Huge garden of the father's parents...... Alfred and Betty. What wonderful names for 2 of the most splendid humans anyone could have in their lives. They were truly scrumptious grandparents! Delighting us all as children with their, youthful vigor, unwavering patience, guidance from the smallest detail of sewing a stitch to how to shuck the corn or change gears on the Honda 90.
Awe......a plethora of sweet tantalizing human experiences...........
That was only one set of grandparents. The mothers parents were just as inspiring and teachers of another wonderful kind. A grandpa who was fun loving, a prankster and story teller extraordinaire. A grandma who taught the beauty of organization, and cleanliness. As well as what paradigms can do if left unshifted for a life time.....
Both full of unconditional love and tenderness. Two world travelers with a wealth of knowledge...... I've just begun to understand and I will just have to wait to fully understand until I talk with them again.

On it goes until....... whoa! Tragedy!....... sister injured...... parents going CRAZY!......................... Loosing House/Home......... Loving Cabin.........self-esteem........Lots of moving and moving and moving and moving.................and moving......and moving...........

Then, in the midst of all that post traumatic stress disorder....... And..........
being a Teenager! Good Lord!
This fairy of a firecracker, made it through all that to come out the other end...........
Wiped Out!

She had lost the ability to see the sweet pleasure of life and focused more on what could fill her up........... Nothing!
Didn't fit in any where, tried to mutate but, didn't want to me a Mutant!
All the while knowing she was much bigger than the skin she was in.

Then Finally......... at the splendid age of 17 she.....Woke Up!

Now that's not to say that her paradigms weren't running the show......but, from then on she was building New paradigms......... And would later be the ground work for her.......

True Life Purpose! Yippeeee!
At 17 she got to see some of the world, some mind altering and fall in love......... which for the first time was reciprocated! That was very New!
She also, much to her surprise and later she realized to her appreciation...... got into some trouble.
Wake -up call to the Parents!..... Hello! Daughter going down low energy pathway!
Still unaware of real purpose but, getting a firm grasp on the river bank she decided to start standing up in the drift...........The drift being going through life with a copilot at the helm instead of consciously driving her own ship.

So, many, many, many days later after awakening and taking a look around........

She decided to go to College, changed her mind after a year of loneliness and being extremely hard on herself.......... She came home to Boise, ID.
She was only there a year with her recently divorced mother and younger siblings when low and behold.......paradigm central!!!!! Holy paradigm batman!

She fell, let me emphasize FELL.......... not really how you want to start a relationship

on your face.....with a skinned knee.
She fell in love with a very big paradigm and most wonderful blessing in the dynamics of the universal ying and yang. Yahoo!

She had a beautiful blessing of a unique aquarius son, whom she had a wonderful unconditional friendship with....... They were the best of companions. She traveled the world and got to experience the wonder and beauty of seeing more of this truly miraculous planet. She also had the extraordinary experience of having a fiery and tender........ strikingly beautiful girl.

Both of these children Being a Light in the darkness of fixed beliefs and living on shear will.
No one is able to live on shear will for long.......

So, she ended the chapter of surviving and started the chapters...........on Thriving!
She packed her backs said good bye to the her she had known til then....... scared and sad,

But......... full of determination and desire she got a crummy, sweet little apartment, went back to school to Dance and Dance and dance!

That's when she met ME.... well, after lots and lots and lots of work....... of sheading layers, detoxing from former beliefs........ down right crazy and magnificent acts of desire to find truth, her truth....... She found ME!
Her truly, beautiful, quite extraordinary and ever inspiring self.........pure spirit and joy....... the fairy in the woods the Air in the uplift..... the muse.

Now..... conscience and full of Desire ~ which in Latin means ~ of the father~ by the way....... I am AWAKE!.......... clear and ready to be true to my Intention from when I took form........ and BE in my essence most of the time......no matter the consequence......no matter the resistance from others. There is no other way to live......and no other way I'd rather live! To BE...... is wonderful and to be loved unconditionally and for who I am in spirit and in intention is a beautiful gift.........And I will share it with whomever is near or far........ FOREVER!

Because...... ha ha I am you...... and you are me........ hee hee.
WE are we.
I am finally in love with myself after all this time searching for my perfect mate!
I am grateful for all my experiences up to now and for all to come. I am grateful for my beautiful partner, my man. Cary.
I am grateful for all my amazing siblings who are waking up and walking consciously.
I am eternally grateful for my wonderful parents who were and still continue to be Perfect for my Purpose here. I am grateful for my beautiful teachers...........my children.
I am grateful for any opportunity to grow and my wonderful mentors.
I am in Love........with Life and Everything absolutely Everything it has to offer!

Technology Meets Spirituality

There are new technologies being introduced into our world that will allow us to get in touch with our true selves.

We are a very fortunate group of beings on this planet right now. We no longer have to study and meditate for years and years in order to get in touch with our "higher" selves. Our true selves for answers and peace for coping with our very fast pasted and active lives.

Some of The Goings on in our Neck of the Woods

We are having a Wonderful Winter up here in Hailey!

Ply and Taven making their way in the waist high snow. Two guys soon to be men. Hard to believe. They are a lot of fun to have around.

She is gettting to be such a sweet litle lady.

Meet the newest addition to our family, Ginger Rose.

Cary and I enjoying ourselves at the yurt in McCall. We had a wonderful time there a couple weekends ago and plan on going back this weekend. The yurt sits right above the lake with a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area. We can snow shoe out the door and go out on to the lake. It's a secluded, quiet place for us to unwind and have some time alone.

We are looking forward to having all the kids with us next school year and are eternally grateful for eachother and the opportunity to give our children a wonderful family experience, while we still can. They grow up so fast. We appreciate all the time we get with them.

Unfortunately I have no recent photos of Journey on my computer at work. Those will be in the next installment.

In-Spirit-ation

Truth is Beauty and Beauty Truth. That is all you need to know here on earth and all there is to know. Truth being what all you and I and all we see truly are Energy.
Being in spirit is bringing the form into formless. Stepping into that which was already there before you became form. Being inspired is the feeling or the actual remembering of spirit. When you break us down to our smallest parts to the quarks and than break that down to it's smallest part all you get is energy. To bring that energy to form is to meet and to become intention. Not to think about intending something to happen but, to be intention. To bring that which is formless into form. To manifest some-thing into existence comes from intention. It is not enough to think it. You must become one with it. be on the same vibration.
Einstein once said "Nothing happens until there is action". Being intention is this action. We need not focus on what we want, what we don't have, what others want for us or what we have now. To be in intention, to be inspired the only place to be is in- Spirit.
So, us being made of only energy and all we see people and things being of the same energy. Energy is all there is. There is no good energy or bad energy just low or high, fast or slow energy. Scientist can now calibrate anything to an energetic number. Some energy is at a low and some a high number. Anything under 200 can weaken you. Anything above 200 strengthens you. David Hawkins wrote a book all about this study. Power vs Force. A wonderful reference to all I'm talking about now. So, being high or low weak or of strength. We can now go back to intent and spirit. Being in spirit is a high energy. Being in intention is a high energy. This energy is the same energy that brings form from the formless. The energies that strengthen us, that inspire us. The energy of passion, happiness, children and nature. These are the energies of manifestation. You only need to Be of these. Be . That is the key here. When you are just being in-spirit, Being intention. You are therefore manifesting more of this high energy which in turn attracts, more which in turn attacts more. You need not think so much about this concept. Instead be quiet and Be.
Find that part of you that is happy, that knows there is something interesting about this human experience. Be outside, Be with children, Be with wonderful music, Be writing, Be in love with yourself. Go to your heart and ask for where that inspiration lys. The heart calibrates at a much higher level than your brain. Take small steps with being in- spirit. You will find amazing and beautiful things about yourself you had forgotten. You will see people doing things to strengthen themselves and you will be inspired to do what you feel you have been meant to do. You are the intention already just Be it.
